Apple just made a huge change to the way you buy stuff online

The online Apple store is no longer — at least, in its past form. That’s because the tech giant has decided to get rid of store.apple.com in favor of a single website in which consumers can, apparently, more intuitively check out product specs and then make a purchase.
The merged websites do away with the “Store” tab on Apple’s website. There are now “Buy Now” buttons on the website, so you no longer have to purchase products on a separate landing page.
Oh, and there’s no longer a “shopping cart” either, in case you were wondering. It’s now a “unified shopping bag,” notes Engadget.
An Apple spokesperson told TechCrunch that the change is “to give customers one simple destination to learn and buy without navigating between two different sites.
